Answers from your treatment menu, imported from Booksy or Treatwell
Paste the link to your public Booksy or Treatwell profile and the assistant learns your treatments, prices and durations. Or type them into the panel yourself.

An assistant that answers the phone is of little use if it does not know what you charge. That is why the first thing you need, and the only thing you really have to prepare, is your treatment menu: what you offer, how long each thing takes and how much it costs. BeautySuite keeps it in your panel and uses it to answer by voice and by chat. There are two ways to load it, and the first takes a minute.
Importing it from Booksy or Treatwell
If your menu is already published on Booksy or Treatwell, you do not have to type it in again. In the panel, in the services section, you paste the public link to your profile. BeautySuite reads that page, the same one any client sees, and brings in your treatments with their names, prices, durations and descriptions. It does not need to log in to your account or touch your diary: it only reads what is already public.
When it finishes, you see the complete list and can review it. This is an important step and worth doing calmly, once: an import copies what is published, and if your profile has an old price or a description in a different tone, the assistant will repeat it. Take ten minutes to go through the list, correct what you are not happy with and delete anything you do not want mentioned.
Typing it in by hand
If you use neither of the two, or you would rather have a different menu for the assistant, you write it straight into the panel. Each treatment has its name, its price, its duration and, if you like, a short description of what is worth knowing before coming in. You can edit them whenever you change a rate or a time. Both routes end up in the same list, and you can combine them: import, then adjust by hand.
What the assistant does with the menu
When someone asks how much a facial costs or how long a leg laser session lasts, the assistant looks in your list and answers with what it says. It has been instructed not to invent: if the treatment is not there, or has no price, it does not pull an answer out of thin air. It says it does not have that detail and leaves the question noted in the conversation summary. It is worth knowing that this is an instruction given to the assistant, not a mathematical guarantee; that is why the recordings exist, and why listening to them in the first few weeks is so useful.
If the client asks about a treatment close to another one (for example, she asks for classic lashes and you only offer volume), the assistant tells her what you do offer and does not sell her what you do not have. And once the person is clear about what she wants, it sends your booking link so she can pick a time where she always does.
What happens when you change a price
The BeautySuite menu is the one in your panel, not a live mirror of Booksy or Treatwell. If you raise a rate in your diary, remember to change it here too, or import the profile again. It is the same gesture as updating the menu on your website and on Instagram, just with one more place. We say so because it is the most likely source of the assistant quoting an old price, and it is easy to avoid.
What it does not do
- It does not change anything in your Booksy or Treatwell account: it only reads the public profile.
- It is not a diary: it has no free or busy slots and it does not confirm appointments.
- It does not give medical or aesthetic advice: it describes what you offer and refers the rest to you. For medical aesthetic treatments, questions about indications are referred to you.
- It does not know about offers that are not on the menu. A seasonal discount you announce only on Instagram stays unknown to it unless you add it.
An import that goes wrong
Public profiles change shape from time to time, and an import may bring in less than expected or a list with the odd error. If that happens, no harm done: whatever arrived, you correct or complete by hand in the panel, and the assistant only uses what you leave in the list. That is why the step of reviewing the menu, before anyone calls, is not optional.
If what holds you back is answering the same questions over and over, the article on the price questions every evening describes the whole problem. And to see how a client gets through, there is the one on the voice call from your website and Instagram bio.
