Website chat
The chat button is always on the page. While you do not open it, it stores nothing on your device.
When you open the chat and write, it keeps a session identifier in your browser so the conversation is not lost on reload. It is strictly necessary for the chat to work, so it asks for no consent, and it disappears when you close the tab.
Chat analytics (for example, whether it gets opened) is only turned on if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. This website has no such category today, so none is sent.

Advertising: Meta pixel and partner attribution
BeautySuite uses the Meta pixel (also called “dataset”), a tool of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland), to learn whether a visit comes from one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram and whether it ends in a demo request.
It only loads if you accept the “Advertising” category in the cookie banner. Before you decide, or if you reject it, no Meta code is downloaded and no request is sent to Meta.
Meta receives the page you visit, date and time, your IP address, browser and device type and the identifiers of the cookies below. We send no name, email or phone number, and the pixel's automatic event collection is turned off.
Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive). Meta and we are joint controllers of the collection and transmission of this data; Meta may process it in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. When you withdraw consent we stop loading the pixel and delete the _fbp and _fbc cookies.
Partner attribution: if you arrive from the link of one of our partners (an address with “?ref=” and their code), and only if you have accepted the “Advertising” category, we store their code in the partner_ref cookie for 90 days. We use it only to know which partner your sign-up belongs to if you subscribe, so that they receive their commission; we do not send it to Meta or to any other third party. It is a first-party cookie (set on this domain) and cannot be read by JavaScript. If you do not accept this category, or you withdraw it, the cookie is not stored or is deleted on your next visit, and your sign-up is not attributed to any partner.
