If I join at the pioneer price, will it go up when I renew?
The price you join at is the price you renew at. As long as you stay subscribed, your fee doesn't go up: increases only apply to people who sign up later. If you cancel and come back later, you join at whatever the rate is then, and switching plans is priced at the current rate of the new plan.
Do I have to leave Booksy, Treatwell or my booking system?
No. Your diary stays where it is. The assistant answers, gives prices and durations from your menu and sends the link so the client books wherever you already take bookings. Your booking app books; we answer.
What is a call from the website with no phone number?
A button on your website or your voice page that opens a call with the assistant from the phone of whoever taps it, without dialling anything. It works for your Instagram bio or a QR code at the front desk, and you don't need to take out a phone number.
Can I listen to what it said?
Yes. Every call is recorded, the assistant says so at the start, and you listen to it in the dashboard with the transcript alongside. It's how you check what each person was told.
Does the client know she is talking to a machine?
Yes, and it says so in its first sentence. The EU AI Act requires it, and anyone who would rather talk to a person can say so and a message is taken.
Which languages does it answer in?
In the language of whoever calls or writes: it is instructed to answer in the same language it is spoken to in. Every call is recorded, so you can hear how it went.
Why is there a setup fee for medical aesthetics and not for hair salons?
Because in a clinic we go through with you, before it answers anyone, what the assistant can and cannot say about each treatment. In a salon, loading your menu is enough.
