A voice call from your website and your Instagram bio

A button on your website and a voice page with your name: anyone who wants to ask a question calls you from the browser, without dialling a number, and the assistant answers.

A smiling woman on a light sofa taps a pill-shaped call button on her phone, among pink cushions and a potted olive tree.

Most enquiries to a beauty centre start with a phone call, and most arrive when you are with a client. The BeautySuite voice feature exists for that: the person who wants to ask something calls you, an assistant answers using your treatment menu, and you do not have to put down what you are holding. Here we explain how it works inside, who it is for and what it does not do.

What the caller sees

There are two ways in, and both lead to the same place. The first is a call button inside your website. Whoever presses it speaks straight from the browser on their phone or computer, using the microphone, without dialling a number and without installing anything. The second is a voice page carrying your business name, a short address along the lines of yourbusiness.beautysuite.pro. It is a simple page with a button to speak. That address is the one you can put in your Instagram bio, on a QR code stuck to the counter or on the card you hand out on the way out.

If you already have a website, the button is added with a single line of code that you paste into the page, the way you would paste an analytics tracker. If you have no website, or yours is on a builder where you cannot add code, you simply use the voice page. Besides the call, the same loader offers a text chat for people who prefer to write.

What happens during the call

The first thing the person hears is that they are talking to an artificial intelligence assistant and that the call is recorded. It is the first thing said, before anything else, and it is not a courtesy detail: it is the honest thing to do and it is what the European AI Act asks of this kind of system. After that, the conversation goes like a normal call. The person asks how much something costs, how long it takes, whether it can be combined with another treatment. The assistant replies from the menu you have loaded, with your prices and your durations. If the caller speaks another language, the assistant answers in that language.

Once the person knows what they want, the assistant sends them your booking link, the one you already use on Booksy, on Treatwell or on your website. There the client picks a time in your diary, as she always has. The assistant does not book the appointment and does not touch your diary. If there is a question your menu does not answer, it does not make anything up: it admits it and leaves the question noted for you to answer.

Who it is for

  • Anyone who works alone or with one colleague and cannot pick up the phone during treatments.
  • Anyone whose clients ring instead of opening an app: older people, tourists, people who prefer to ask a person.
  • Anyone who receives foreign clients on the coast and wants the first call not to end in a misunderstanding.
  • Anyone who already keeps their diary in another tool and does not want to change it.

What it does not do

It is worth saying plainly, because this is where people get confused most. It is not a phone number: there is no new number to dial, the call is made from the browser. If your regular client dials the centre's landline, your phone will keep ringing as it always has. It does not book appointments or change them: the booking is made by the client on your link. It does not take payments and does not handle deposits. And it needs an internet connection and microphone permission on the caller's device, like any call made from a web page.

There is also a monthly allowance of voice minutes that depends on the plan. It is a figure you can see on the pricing page, and we do not repeat it here so that it does not go out of date.

How to try it before you decide

The BeautySuite website itself has a button for calling a sample centre, so you can make the call yourself, ask what a client would ask and judge the tone and clarity with your own ears. It is the best way to know whether it suits you, better than any description. The sample conversations you will see written out on the site are exactly that, written examples, not recordings of real clients.

How you know what was said

Every call is recorded, with audio, transcript and summary in your panel. The article on recordings explains it in detail. It is the part that lets you trust the system: you do not have to believe that the assistant quotes the prices correctly, you can listen to it.

If the problem that brought you here is the calls you cannot take, start with the article on the phone ringing while your hands are busy; if what eats your time is the questions that keep repeating, start with the one on the same price questions every evening.
